Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh took to her Instagram page on Thursday to reveal that she has a ‘bad heart‘ and expressed her desire to live a long life. In a post, she mentioned that she wants to be there for her son and witness his growth and milestones.
As part of her birthday gift to herself, she decided to join a gym in order to improve her health. Despite finding it challenging and experiencing discomfort, she expressed that she breathes better, has an open pulse, and feels her blood pumping. She acknowledged that she has always been a surgery girl but emphasized her goal of living a healthier lifestyle.
Tonto Dikeh admitted to being lazy when it comes to fitness but shared her determination and strength to push herself beyond her comfort zone. She encouraged her followers to find motivation in her journey, emphasizing that even though she prefers being lazy, she has taken the initiative to prioritize her health and well-being.
