Nollywood actress Sarah Martins has issued a warning to her fans, urging them to be cautious of fake pastors, as she recounts a strange encounter she had with a popular prophetess based in Port Harcourt.
In a lengthy Instagram post, Sarah revealed that when she was four months pregnant, her sister took her to a church crusade led by a clergywoman known as ‘Mummy B’.
According to Sarah, during the prayer session, the prophetess sent her bodyguards to bring Sarah up to the pulpit. She claimed that the prophetess delivered false prophecies, stating that Sarah would never get married or have children because of her grandmother’s actions.
However, at the time, Sarah was happily married, pregnant, and living a contented life with her husband. When someone informed her sister that the prophetess was talking to Sarah, her sister immediately intervened and removed Sarah from the stage.
Sarah expressed her disbelief and frustration, stating, “Call mummy B a fake prophet and a thief.” She shared how her sister had to clarify to the people present that Sarah was already married and that 15 years ago, she was only six years old. The incident left a lasting impact on her sister, who decided to stop attending crusades.
Sarah further revealed that she had encountered other fake pastors in the past. She recounted an incident where she sought prayers from a pastor who instead started preaching love to her and begging for a chance with her. This incident occurred two years ago.
In conclusion, Sarah advised her followers to discover their roots and make peace with their inner selves, emphasizing that life will be easier for them. She also urged people to be cautious when it comes to certain churches, as there are scams out there.
