Watch Moment Pete Edochie Shake Hands In Traditional Igbo Way With Ooni Of Ife

A video has emerged on social media showing the moment veteran Nollywood actor Pete Edochie greeted the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, in the traditional Igbo way during a recent event. Earlier, a group of Nollywood stars, including the president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Emeka Rollas, had paid a visit to Pete Edochie. The video captures the veteran actor, who also holds a chieftaincy title, and his fellow Nollywood stars entering an event where the Ooni of Ife was a guest. In the footage, Pete Edochie approaches the Yoruba monarch and extends his hand, shaking him in the Igbo traditional manner. Additionally, Tee Mac, who is the in-law of Nigerian President-elect Bola Tinubu, along with some prominent Nollywood stars, visited Pete Edochie. Kanayo O. Kanayo, an actor, shared a video of the visit on his Instagram page, but he did not provide specific details about the meeting.
