Reality TV personality Pere Egbi revealed to his fans that he is neither dating or in a committed relationship with Mercy Eke, another reality TV celebrity.
This disclosure coincides with rumors that the two have a romantic relationship because they have publicly declared their love for one another in both the Big Brother house and in public interviews.
Even though they received gifts from supporters—also known as “shippers”—who expressed support for their romance, Pere made it clear today, November 29, that he and Mercy Eke are not romantically involved.
In his statement, he said, “Dear shippers while I appreciate your efforts and care from inception, I would love to be clear on one thing I am not dating Mercy Eke. So please cease with the flowers mentioning her name. This is as concise as I can be.”
