Kanayo O Kanayo, a seasoned movie star, has explained why he would never involve himself in money rituals, despite being known for his roles in movies depicting such themes.
The actor, who is also a lawyer, emphasized that he could never engage in occultic acts of money rituals because they are inherently unethical.
In an interview with Afia TV, Kanayo clarified that the nickname ‘Nnanyi Sacrifice’ was first mentioned by someone at Obi Cubana’s mother’s burial, and he promptly rejected it.
He stated, “Money ritual is not good and will never be good. I will never be part of it and have never been part of it. When you hear somebody call me ‘Nnanyi Sacrifice,’ it was just the name somebody called me during Obi Cubana’s mother’s burial.”
Kanayo went on to explain that while the name had stuck since then, he didn’t mind what people called him as long as they paid him for his work. He emphasized that he is committed to delivering messages through his acting that can positively impact society and that he sees himself as a vessel for such messages.
