Fireboy dml took to his twitter handle to apologize to people that got hurt during a stampede at the Nativeland19 music fest when the VIP stage collapsed.
However the management has issued an explanation for what happened saying it was caused by unticketed people who got access to the VIP section.
Several people present at the event took to their social media handles to express their experiences at the fest while some were hurt, others lost their belongings like money wig, phones etc. And the worst of all when the Security personnel there started flogging people. It was a mess altogether.
After the event, Fireboy dml said “things didn’t exactly go right at NATIVELAND ‘19 but i’m glad we could still vibe and have fun — massive thanks to all of you that came out for me and quick recovery to those that got hurt at the stampede. love and blessings,”
