Mike Kennedy, an aviator, skydiver, and motorcycle racer, was born on March 15, 1963. He has accomplished more in his lifetime than most people could ever hope to.

Mike Kennedy was born to Bonnie Kennedy and Robert C. Kennedy in Anchorage, Alaska, on March 15, 1963. His early fascination with aviation was due to the fact that his father was a pilot for United Airlines.
By the time he was 13, he was building his own electric-powered model airplanes at home while attending flight school to earn his private pilot’s license. He graduated from high school as valedictorian in 1981.
Mike Kennedy attended college after high school and received a full track and field scholarship, but he dropped out to pursue a career in racing. His youth was filled with excitement. His family experienced numerous experiences. When he was 15 years old, his father taught him to fly. At such a young age, he recalls having a terrific time learning new things about flying.
Mike Kennedy enjoys flying because he can observe a variety of things from above. He has always enjoyed skydiving, so the fact that he can now do both simultaneously is even more fascinating for him.
Personal Affairs
Mike Kennedy was married, and Valerie Kennedy was his wife. Also, the couple is blessed with children. On September 1, 2018, at the age of 59, he perished in a three-vehicle highway collision. The incident took place close to Del Mar, California.
His death was confirmed by numerous sources, including the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department. Mike Kennedy was reportedly driving a black Ford Mustang GT 500 when he collided with another vehicle, struck two trees, and caught fire. The cause of death has not yet been disclosed.

Mike Kennedy’s outstanding career in motorsports has earned him multiple honors. He has also competed as a stunt driver, skydiver, and motorcycle racer in other events.
His accomplishments include starring in major motion pictures such as Gone in 60 Seconds (1974), The Gumball Rally (1976), and Hooper (1978). Mike Kennedy’s interest in speed racing began in high school, when he participated in multiple weekend drag races on the family farm.
Intriguingly, he has collaborated with notable actors on several major motion pictures. In addition, Mike Kennedy possesses many patents in the field of engineering. He joined Bell Helicopter as a test pilot and engineer later on.
He subsequently worked for a number of big Hollywood studios, including Paramount Pictures and Universal Studios. His critically acclaimed works include, among others, Indy 500 (1986), Days of Thunder (1990), and Hooper (1978).
In 1978, Mike Kennedy began hosting races for professional racers in conjunction with the Bob Bondurant School for high-performance driving in an effort to bring those amateurs who aspired to become professional racers closer to their goals.
