Wunmi Aloba, Mohbad’s wife, speaks out about the scandals involving her family and charges her father-in-law of holding up the DNA test.
Since Mohbad’s death two months ago, there has been a demand for a DNA test to determine the paternity of the late singer’s child, Liam Light.
“I don’t have the money to pay for DNA testing; everyone who requests one should.” Mohbad’s wife Wunmi charges her father-in-law of being slow to respond.
Omawunmi has taken a firm stand in light of her current financial difficulties and her responsibility for raising Liam alone. She was adamant that people who supported a DNA test be ready to pay for the related expenses.
This development adds a new layer to the unfolding drama, shedding light on Omawunmi’s challenging circumstances. The mother of one stated that her father-in-law or his lawyer has yet to make a formal request to her lawyer for a DNA test.
She added that aside from seeing public demand on social media, no one has yet reached out to conduct or make plans for the paternity test.
“She said no one has informed her, no one has reached out, that she is only seeing it on social media. She said her father-in-law’s lawyer has not reached out to her lawyer. Those who want DNA test should pay for it, I am managing myself and I cannot afford it,” Iyabo Ojo revealed following their conversation.
