Ckay, a Nigerian musician, songwriter, and record producer, has done it again, with his hit song ‘Love Nwantiti‘ setting a new African Spotify record.
Ckay’s hit song ‘Love Nwantiti‘ was first published in 2019 and then resurfaced in 2020 after he collaborated with Joeboy and Kuami Eugene.
Since then, the song has been played on nearly every social media platform, making it a global anthem.
As the song dominated all international platforms around the world, it destroyed the chains of prejudice.
Surprisingly, the song has now received over 400 million Spotify streams, breaking the previous record for African music on the digital streaming site.
