Nigerian artist Davido expressed shock and disappointment over the poor attendance at his highly anticipated Abuja show.
The event, scheduled at the famous Eagle Square on December 14, was expected to commence at 5 p.m.
However, a recent video from the venue showed a small crowd, with less than 100 people in attendance, according to a fan present.
This was a stark contrast to the thousands expected. Davido took to Twitter to convey his surprise and disappointment at the low turnout for the show in Abuja.
Feeling a little down, he asked in jest whether it was supposed to be a joke and added in jest that the people of Abuja had discovered him.
He tweeted; “Abuja be like ur pple no wan do show. Is this a prank ???.. ABUJA CHOKE !!”
