Timi Dakolo, a Nigerian singer, has expressed his displeasure with his service apartment’s decision to cancel the contract that said that there would be no personal generators allowed in the facility.
Timi Dakolo lives in an estate whereby his apartment management used to give electricity to all of the residents whenever there was a power outage, but due to the continual increase in fuel prices, they have decided to discontinue this service for the time being.
Following the increase in fuel prices, the singer’s service apartment management has informed him that they will no longer offer power since they have cancelled the contract that stated that “no personal generator in the facility” would be permitted.
A biblical chapter that he has been hanging to was posted on his Instagram account as a result of how shocked and amusing it sounded to him at the time.
Further, he remarked in jest: “Nigeria will humble you, service apartment said they are not doing again, everybody should please buy their own generator, they said cancel the contract that says no personal generator in the facility.” As a result of the increase in fuel prices, the service apartments have been humbled, and they now let everyone to have their own generator, allowing them to purchase their own gasoline.
