Nollywood actress Ronke Oshodi Oke has expressed her desire to participate in a Guinness World Record-breaking event, inspired by the growing trend among Nigerians. She shared her intentions on her Instagram page and also revealed the reactions of her daughter and younger sister to her new quest.
According to Ronke, her daughter and sister made fun of her idea. She mentioned that her colleague Odunlade Adekola plans to do an acting-a-thon, while Hilda Baci did a cook-a-thon, and another person intends to do a crying-a-thon. Ronke sought suggestions from her fans on which record-breaking attempt would be appropriate for her.
In her Instagram post, Ronke humorously mentioned her sister’s suggestion for her to go to the roundabout and turn, indicating that she wasn’t taking her seriously. She also shared her daughter’s suggestion of a kissing-thon, although she playfully questioned whether her daughter had seen her kiss before.
Ronke concluded by expressing her determination to receive a Guinness Book of Records title and sought assistance in determining which record she should aim for.
