Renowned Nollywood actress, Sarah Martins, has taken steps to address allegations regarding her involvement in orchestrating a campaign of negative comments against Danielle, the eldest daughter of May and Yul Edochie.
Troubling remarks directed towards Danielle gained attention across various social media platforms, predominantly attributed to a Facebook user named Ukawuike Uzochi Sandra.
Nonetheless, Sarah Martins‘ name became linked to the situation following the circulation of payment-related screenshots online, insinuating her financial involvement in the matter.
In a bid to counter these accusations, Sarah, who shares a connection with Judy Austin, Yul Edochie’s second wife, utilized her Instagram platform to refute the claims.
In accordance with Sarah Martins‘ explanation, the payment screenshot bearing her name pertained to a giveaway she conducted in July. The lady in question was among the recipients of this giveaway.
In her own words:
“I organized a giveaway on my Facebook page back in July, as I posted here. I explicitly stated that I would randomly select winners from my Facebook followers, which I did. One individual, Uzochi Sandra, was among the 10 active followers I selected, each of whom received 5k.”
Someone with malicious intent stumbled upon an offensive comment made by this same lady against May Yul Edochie’s daughter. They then retrieved an old screenshot from my previous giveaway, merged it with my picture, and fabricated baseless lies about me paying her to threaten Daniella, May Edochie’s first daughter. Regrettably, this false news has been circulating widely on the internet.
“I vehemently deny any involvement in this matter; I had no part in it, and I never will. I beseech you all to distance yourselves from me… I’ve already endured more than enough!!
“Note: I have never personally met the aforementioned lady, and I do not share any form of relationship with her. She is merely a fan who, much like others, criticizes May’s fans and me in the same manner.”
