Nigerian singer Harrison Okiri, popularly known as Harrysong, has voiced his opinion on why people should refrain from taking dating advice from social media.
In a post on his Instagram story, Harrysong pointed out that such advice often comes from content creators who are “hustling” themselves, implying that they may not be experts in the field.
The singer suggested that these content creators may also be seeking help and questioned the logic of a married woman leaving her husband due to infidelity only to become the side chick to another married man. Harrysong’s perspective highlights the potential limitations and contradictions in relationship advice found on social media platforms.
In his words: “Married woman Left her marriage of 4 year and 2 kids because her husband cheated. And she’s now a side chick to a married man. Na progress be that??
“Stop taking Dating Advice on social media oooooooooo. It’s from a content creator Na hustle They themselves are seeking for help.”
Reactions trailing Harrysong’s statement:

If she starts to treat u badly in the marriage due to your philandering and Casanova ways , you’ll still call her out for it so let’s trace it to the roots .. stop cheating on your wives!”
