Netizens expressed anger as a starstruck fan of Afrobeats singer Tiwa Savage held onto her on stage and refused to let go.
The video, shared on social media by officialhiptv on Instagram, captured the incident at Warri Again Live in Lagos. In the video, Tiwa Savage is seen performing on stage while a fan in the crowd clings onto her legs, unwilling to release their grip.
The incident generated strong reactions from online users who were upset about the fan’s behavior during the performance.
Luckily for Tiwa Savage, her bouncer and security personnel at the event were quick to intervene and remove her from the firm grasp of the overzealous fan.
She walked away while shaking her head and continued to perform.
