Nigerian actor and filmmaker Ramsey Nouah was born on December 19, 1970. His portrayal in the film The Figurine earned him the African Movie Academy Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role in 2010.

Born on December 19, 1970, Ramsey Tokunbo Nouah, also known as Ramsey Nouah, is a Nigerian actor and film director.
Nouah was born in Edo State to an Israeli father and an Owo, Ondo State-bred Yoruba mother.
He was raised in Surulere, Lagos, where he attended Community Grammar School and Atara Primary School.
He followed a career in performance after earning a diploma in public communications from the University of Lagos. Quincy Nouah, Camil Nouah, and Desiree Nouah are three of the couple’s children. He is married to Emelia Philips Nouah.
