Renowned Nollywood actor Chinedu Ikedieze, popularly known as Aki, has taken to social media to express his frustration with fans sliding into his direct messages (DMs) to beg for money.
In a viral video shared on his Instagram page, the 45-year-old actor voiced his displeasure. He stated that people have turned his DM into a bank and that he is not happy about it. Aki emphasized that he has responsibilities and cannot fulfill everyone’s financial requests. He highlighted examples of fans asking for large sums of money, such as $35,000 or $12,000, for various purposes.
Aki urged fans to understand the economic challenges everyone is facing and the limitations he has in providing financial assistance.
