Chinedu Ikedieze, a popular Nollywood actor, has expressed his concern about the increasing number of people approaching him via direct messages (DM) to ask for money.
In a video posted on his Instagram page, the comedic actor revealed that his DM has become like a commercial bank, flooded with messages from individuals seeking financial assistance for various purposes, such as starting a business or supporting their sick mothers.
Chinedu mentioned that he has received messages requesting large sums of money, including one asking for $35,000 and another requesting $12,000. He urged social media users to recognize that celebrities also have their own responsibilities and financial obligations to fulfill.
