Headies Award ceremony which was scheduled to take place in Cobb Galleria Center in Atlanta, US, is now rescheduled according to the organizers.
The award ceremony which was reportedly announced to kickstart on July 2nd, 2022 has been shifted to September 4th 2022 at Cobb Galleria Center in Atlanta, US. Also, with the date being rescheduled, three new categories has been added to the lists of awards to be given out to the successor according to the organizers.
The inclusion of these categories was motivated by a desire to foster inclusivity, according to the Headies’ organizers. The Best Inspirational Single, International Artist of the Year, and Digital Artist of the Year are the three new categories.
