She explained that her mindset was focused on “feeding home” and she wanted to ensure she had substantial financial success before considering a homecoming. While she maintained communication with her family, her intention was to go back home with substantial financial resources.
The singer acknowledged that the perception people had of her online, combined with the expectations of her siblings and extended family, made her feel the need to have significant wealth before returning home. However, she clarified that she did keep in touch with her family despite her decision to delay her return.
