Veteran Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has called on the All Progressives Congress (APC) party to champion the cause of justice in the untimely demise of Nigerian singer Mohbad.
Expressing her heartfelt condolences over the tragic death of the 27-year-old former Marlian artist, Iyabo Ojo emphasized the pain she felt upon seeing reports of his passing across various platforms.
Iyabo Ojo, a mother of two and a staunch supporter of the Labour Party, went on to declare that she would shift her support to the APC if the party took the initiative to launch a thorough investigation into Mohbad’s death.
In an Instagram story post, Iyabo Ojo stressed the importance of conducting an autopsy on the late singer’s body and called for a serious investigation into the circumstances surrounding his passing.
She expressed deep concern for Mohbad’s plight, suggesting that his soul was crying out for justice. Iyabo Ojo also touched upon the need for the public to be more aware and involved in seeking justice for the late artist, stating that his case was not just her concern but should be everyone’s business.
