Musician and rapper Odumodu Blvck has found himself in hot water after he tweeted the title of his new song, “Mc Oluomo,” which has sparked controversy and criticism, particularly among Nigerians, including the Igbos on the X platform.
The title of the song, “Mc Oluomo,” raised concerns because Mc Oluomo, a prominent figure in Lagos, was reportedly involved in an incident where he allegedly prevented Igbos from voting in the 2023 general elections.
In response to the backlash, Odumodu Blvck made a follow-up tweet in which he referred to those criticizing the title of his song as “big fools” and labeled them as “stupid.” He also cautioned against making the issue about tribal affiliations.
The rapper’s tweet suggests that he has faced criticism from different quarters for various reasons, including a previous incident involving Yoruba people insulting him for not performing at an inauguration event.
