Skales, whose real name is Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, has taken to social media to publicly criticize the EFCC (Economic and Financial Crimes Commission) for their recent actions at his house. The musician shared on X, formerly known as Twitter, that officials from the agency arrived at his house late at night for what they referred to as a “routine check.”
Skales expressed his frustration, stating that he felt oppressed by the agents who reportedly carried weapons. This incident occurred in front of his daughter, wife, and staff. He strongly emphasized that he is not a criminal and has never been involved in fraud in his life.
In his post, the musician cursed the EFCC for their actions, highlighting that he had just returned from an event and was in the process of putting his child to sleep when the incident occurred.

Skales alleged that his properties had also been destroyed.
