Reports indicate that a man has been arrested by Las Vegas police in connection with the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur, which occurred nearly thirty years ago. Tupac Shakur was fatally shot in a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas in 1996, sustaining four gunshot wounds, and the identity of his killer has remained unknown.
Sources have revealed that Las Vegas police detained an individual in relation to Tupac’s death, and a police press conference is expected to provide more information. Tupac Shakur passed away on September 13, 1996, a week after being shot multiple times while waiting at a red light in his car at the age of 25.
Furthermore, a senior law enforcement official mentioned that charges would be announced on Friday afternoon, and a suspect had been apprehended in connection with Shakur’s murder. This development comes after Las Vegas police reportedly conducted a raid on a gang member’s residence in July in search of evidence related to Shakur’s case.
