Ipeleng Selepe, a former housemate of the reality show Big Brother Titans, has opened up about her struggles to connect with her Nigerian partner, Blaqboi, while in the BBTitans house due to their significant differences. However, she mentioned that their relationship in the house was “not so bad.”
During her appearance on TVC’s program, eSplash, alongside Marvin and Mmeli, Ipeleng discussed her experience with Blaqboi. When asked about him, she expressed that she believed he was doing well. She mentioned seeing him on the night of the AMVCA (Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards).
Ipeleng shared that she and Blaqboi had difficulty establishing a deep connection in the house, possibly due to their contrasting personalities. However, she acknowledged that Blaqboi was supportive and there for her when she needed him. She also stated that their partnership posed a significant threat to other contestants.
Regarding her decision to exclude her partner, Blaqboi, and select Ebubu as the automatic finalist when she won the ultimate veto power, Ipeleng explained that while some may perceive it as a betrayal, she wanted to be respected for the choice she made. She recalled being asked by Big Brother in the Diary section whom she wanted to go to the finale with, and she initially mentioned Blaqboi as her partner. However, during the standing task, she impulsively said Ebubu’s name.
