Popular skit maker and singer, Carter Efe, has publicly criticized his colleague Berri Tiga for expressing a desire to perform their song “Machala” together at Sydney Talker’s sold-out concert.
In 2022, the two artists collaborated on the song “Machala,” which gained popularity in the Nigerian music scene. However, a dispute over the royalties of the music ensued, leading to a battle between Berri Tiga and Carter Efe over the ownership of the song.
During Sydney Talker’s “Influence Concert,” Carter Efe informed the gathered crowd that backstage, Berri Tiga insisted on performing “Machala” with him, leading to a public disagreement between the two artists.
Carter blasted him by reminding them that he quarrels with him online, and now wants to form best of buddies offline, despite how he had dragged him.
He fumed angrily, laying curse on the budding singer.
