Temmie Ovwasa, a Nigerian singer formerly known as YBNL Princess, has expressed her disbelief in the concept of ending up in hell. In a recent episode of the Doyin’s Corner audiovisual podcast hosted by former Big Brother Naija reality star Doyinsola David, the 26-year-old, who identifies as a lesbian, shared her thoughts on the matter.
Temmie stated that she does not believe in the existence of a place like hell, which is often portrayed as a pit of eternal damnation. She humorously mentioned that she sometimes jokes about it to provoke those who hold contrasting views.
While she doesn’t believe in hell, she added that if such a place exists, she would prefer going there over being in heaven with Christians. According to Temmie, she has encountered Christians who have been unkind and judgmental towards her, consistently sending messages to her direct messages (DMs) to inform her that she is destined for hell. She believes that these actions do not align with the teachings of Jesus, who emphasized love and treating others with kindness.
It’s important to note that these are the personal views and opinions expressed by Temmie Ovwasa during the podcast interview.
