Tems, the talented global musician, recently shared in an interview the limitations she faces when she is in Nigeria. She revealed that she does not have the freedom to go out and about in the country. The beautiful singer also opened up about how her music career started due to her lack of friends.
During the interview, she expressed that Nigerians are highly observant, and as soon as she arrives in a location, people around are quick to recognize her. “I can’t go anywhere when I’m in Nigeria,” Tems revealed.
Despite currently residing in America, she acknowledged that she is still noticed there, although not to the same extent as in Nigeria. Tems explained that Nigerians have a strong interest in drama and always want to be aware of what is happening.
When the interviewer suggested that she disguise herself to go out in America, she admitted to having already tried that, but still being recognized. As a result, she no longer attempts to disguise herself.
