Famous Nigerian chef Hilda Baci has criticized the widely consumed Ghanaian jollof, saying it lacks flavor.
After shattering the record for the longest cooking time set by the Guinness World Record, the chef became well-known.
She brought this up in a podcast with other Ghanaians, and she provided more evidence when she related an instance of a Jollof match between Nigeria and Ghana.
Hilda Baci, the competition winner, recalled trying the Ghanaian jollof, but it was flavorless, and she was positive it was her rival’s best effort at cooking.
Hilda, on the other hand, compliments Nigerian humor while asserting that Nigerians are not fond of flavoring.
